3. Type and specification approvals under the first paragraph 1 shall be granted by the issuance of a certificate of type (specification) approval for components, etc. to the applicant.

 

4. The Minister of Transport may, when it is recognised that safety or conformity of the components or parts of the type or specification approved under the paragraph 1 is not maintained or that the components or parts are not utilised, cancel the approval.

 

5. Any person who manufactures the components or parts of the type or specification approved under the paragraph 1 shall indicate on such components or parts that the approval under paragraph 1 has been granted.

 

6. The method of the indication required by the preceding paragraph is stipulated in Certificate of Type (Specification) Approval in paragraph 3.

 

Article 14-(2). The Minister of Transport shall inspect, upon application, whether the components or parts are in compliance with the type under paragraph 1 of the preceding Article and when the Minister recognises them to be in compliance, he will issue authorisation to that effect.

 

2. The method of inspection to be performed under the provisions of the preceding paragraph shall be stipulated in the Certificate of Type (Specification) Approval under paragraph 3 of the preceding Article.

 

3. The components or parts authorised under paragraph 1 shall be regarded in compliance with the technical standards under Article 10 paragraph 4 with respect to the inspection under Article 10 paragraph 4 of the Law or Article 17 paragraph 2 of the Law.

 

Article 15. The inspection under the provisions Article 10 paragraph 4 of the Law (including when applied accordingly to Article l0-(2) paragraph 2 of the Law) shall include inspection of the design, manufacturing process and conditions after the completion of manufacture.

 

Article 16. The form of an airworthiness certificate under Article 10 paragraph 5 of the Law or the same as applied accordingly to Article 10-(2) paragraph 2 shall be known as Form No. 8.

 

Article 16-(2). Any user of an aircraft who will make an application for the reissuance of airworthiness certificate shall, when he has lost, damaged or stained the certificate, submit to the person who issued the certificate an application for reissuance (Form No. 8-(2)) together with the airworthiness certificate (except in
